Public Safety Statement from Smiley’s Management

At Smiley’s, the safety and wellbeing of our guests, especially children, is our highest priority. We are aware of a recent incident involving a prohibited item found in one of our play areas, and we want to address this matter openly and responsibly.

As soon as our team was notified, management responded immediately to secure the area and ensure the safety of all guests. An internal review was initiated right away. Since then, we have launched a full investigation to determine how this item entered our facility. We have also conducted comprehensive safety sweeps of all play areas, reviewed available security footage, and implemented enhanced inspection, cleaning, and monitoring procedures across the entire park.

We are incredibly grateful that no child was harmed. No family should ever feel fear in a place designed for play, and we sincerely regret the distress this incident caused. We are cooperating fully with local authorities and remain committed to transparency as we continue strengthening our safety standards.

This incident is being taken extremely seriously. It has prompted additional training, tighter inspection protocols, and reinforced oversight to help ensure something like this never happens again. Every report helps us improve, and we are using this moment to further raise the bar on safety.
